Cryostar
CS/CBSD electric centrifugal pumps

CS/CBSD

Single Stage

Horizontal direct coupled Cryogenic Pumps with a flow capacity up to 130 m3/h.
CS and CBSD pumps are typically used in intermittent duty for road tanker loading.

MCP electric centrifugal pumps

MCP

Single Stage

Comprehensive range of Modular Centrifugal Pumps with a flow capacity up to 900 m3/h.
MCP pumps can be installed in horizontal or vertical position. In warm box execution the pump can remain in cold standby and run in continuous duty. When supplied in cold box execution these pump can be directly mounted on the ASU cold box.

Their modular design meets the most demanding requirements of today’s air separation units and other process installations, with optimal hydraulic efficiency and perfect reliability in continuous duty. The MCP pump range needs minimal maintenance whatever seal system is selected .The rotating part can be disassembled and reassembled easily without dismantling the process line.

Single Stage - Sealess

External Vertical Sealess Pumps that can pass from 10 to 75 m3/h.

Their unique sealess design and its high volumetric efficiency have seduced number of customers.

GBS-CBS electric centrifugal pumps

GBS-CBS 

Single Stage - with gearbox

Fixed speed Gearbox coupled Pumps that can pass from 10 to 40 m3/h up to 40 bar.
Materials of the cold end and oil used in the gearbox are suitable for pumping oxidizing gases such as liquid oxygen (LO2) and liquid nitrous oxide (LN2O).

Used as ground or truck mounted pump the GBS and CBS pumps are typically used for road tanker unloading. These pumps are also available in ATEX execution suitable for explosive environment.

CO electric centrifugal pumps

CO

Single Stage - high speed

Variable speed Pumps that can pass from 50 to 140 l/min up to 20 bar.
Materials of the cold end are suitable for pumping oxidizing gases such as liquid oxygen (LO2) and liquid nitrous oxide (LN2O).

Used as ground or truck mounted pump the CO is typically used for minibulk application. The pump requires a frequency inverter that can be supplied upon request.

GBSD high speed electric centrifugal pumps

CBSD High Speed

Single Stage - high speed

Variable speed Pumps that can pass from 10 to 35 m3/h up to 40 bar.
Materials of the cold end are suitable for pumping oxidizing gases such as liquid oxygen (LO2) and liquid nitrous oxide (LN2O).

Used as ground or truck mounted pumps the GBSD are typically used for LO2/LN2/LAr road tanker unloading.

MX electric centrifugal pumps

Multi Stage

Succeeding to the CDS the MX is a range of multistage pumps with a flow rate up to 90 m3/h and a discharge pressure up to 60bar.

The MX can be installed in horizontal or vertical position. In warm box execution the pump can remain in cold standby and run in continuous duty. When supplied in cold box execution the pump can be directly mounted on the ASU cold box. Their modular design meets the most demanding requirements of today’s air separation units and other process installations, with optimal hydraulic efficiency and perfect reliability in continuous duty. The MX pump range needs minimal maintenance whatever seal system is selected.

Multi Stage

Comprehensive range of Vertical multistage Pumps with discharge pressure up to 130bar.
Supplied in standard in warm box and cold box execution the VP pumps can be directly mounted on the ASU cold box and remain in cold standby. They integrate all the necessary safety devices for safe operation in continuous duty.

The VP design meets the most demanding specifications of today’s air separation units and other process installations, with optimal hydraulic efficiency and perfect reliability in continuous duty. Like the MCP the VP pumps are easy to service whatever seal system is chosen: labyrinth, dry gas or mechanical seal.
